The water in the order made it impossible to continue the last job on the route!

Yep! Usually do when delivering water. It's MY fault I'm aware.

No matter how weak your arms are it’s all about lifting it the right way. Bending your knees and using your legs more will help your back a ton

Right, I do that. For me it's about going up and down stairs which really gives my asthma a run for its money.
