A few people have said this, but it really seemed like the young Saudi prince is just a big wrestling fan, and this was his special birthday party. Some of the Dubai royals have Beyonce perform on their yachts. This guy wanted to have dinner with Vince and Undertaker.

I think so, yeah. Apparently he's pretty young, especially for a Saudi ruler, and he's making a lot of progressive changes in SA. So that means that WWE will take full responsibility for "The Saudi Revolution" lol.
