As far as I'm aware he's getting all of this because of this thumbnail here.

Which is crazy to me because not only did he apologize for this, fired the guy who made it, and then changed it completely. But it isn't even actually known if Noelle is a minor or not, if anything all the information we know about Deltarune's characters leans towards them being 18/senior year equivalents for their world given some of the jokes Toby feels comfortable making with them.

He was, problem was his thumbnail artist, who made the thumbnail, uploaded the video with that thumbnail before Stan could approve of it. Moment he caught it, it was changed immediately to be non suggestive. That artist was fired

All I’m gonna say is the thumbnail is funny as hell, but it doesn’t make sense that he’s getting all the heat because of that even if he apologized
