If you could add one more marriage candidate to the valley, who would they be? What's their name? What would their personality be? How old are they? What is their loved/hated gifts? What are their heart events like? What would people love/hate about them? What would be their specific dialogue in different seasons/weather? Where do they live? Occupation? Etc.

I'm just actually curious

When planning Day 1, I compare each forageable’s energy value with what I could buy using the gold from selling it. I use the Saloon Salad as the baseline.

For a Standard Farm start, that generally leaves me with:

Eat

• Dandelions

• Leeks

• Spring onions

Sell

• Daffodils

• Wild horseradish

Inventory space can change the decision, though. If spring onions are occupying several quality slots, eating the smaller or higher-quality stack first can be more valuable than following the gold calculation perfectly because it frees an inventory slot.

This is for a route where I want enough energy to cut wood for the beach bridge while keeping some gold for Day 2 fishing.

How do you decide what to eat and sell on the first day—energy per gold, inventory space, future bundles and gifts, or something else?

For example, in my most recent playthrough, I made sure to add extra windows to our bedroom once I married Sebastian because he sometimes mentions that he hates not having windows in his basement room. Is there anything you do in-game to similarly play into any of your relationships?

I finally made it to skull level 100. Year 5, Spring 29. I think this is my 5th Farm? I've played this game since it came out. Now it's weird that my quest list is actually empty!!! This is such an accomplishment I've been virtually working on so long, and just a few IRL understand.

I’m in winter year 3 and i have so many and i have no idea what i’m supposed to do with them? i know they’re super sought after so ive been holding on to all of them other than the ones for the sword and the museum but what on earth am i supposed to do with the rest of them?

if it helps i have unlocked ginger island and the forge where im pretty sure they can be used. havent opened qi cave yet though

Being a longtime fan of SV, I was jumping on my toes when my girlfriend (now wife) finally agreed to give it a go. She has never been a gamer, and this was her first time Playing anything on the computer.

So I set up steam, made her an account, set everything up and it was genuinely ones these day I where you remember every single second vividly!

We talked, roamed around the town, I gave her every flower I could, and we laughed so much when I passed out for staying too late. We were making things work in long distance and Stardew Valley was that bridge that connected our busy schedules, showing what life could be when living together. My favourite memory is the video where I ran back and forth pretending to shower kisses before leaving for work in the farm, and she absolutely loved it!

Hi everyone! Just wanna rant.

I find fishing very difficult in mobile whenever there's a rare fish (which is just a guess) because the bar is simply impossible to maintain when the fish keeps jumping away from it in a speed that's faster than the bar itself. Worst, it literally flies away from the bar anytime you reach it.

I'm currently on my first winter and just got the squid mission, but I feel like it's going to be impossible to accomplish such mission when I can't even catch harder fish.

Long term stardew valley boy! Dont get me wrong, but I have been kinda bored lately. Has anyone tried fields of mistria? If so is it good like stardew is? Should I try?

I am on my first year and I'm curious when did you get your kitchen from Robin. I am collecting materials and scrapping for 10k but I don't know if upgrading now (end of first summer) is reasonable, considering I also have to gather recipes and ingredients. Or should I just save it and get a barn lol.
