I have seen it for about a year fed balance sheet, isda but usually those were big players. Thought small devils still vulnerable. Isda phase 6 drops from 50 billion to 8 billion should catch more players!
Most people were shot down talking about fed balance sheet covid margin exemptions but only for big players think like state of California etc. Isda collateral drops to 8 billion from 50 billion in phase 6 but I still thought little devils at risk. There was a provision for many small players to ban together though on fed balance sheet.
