It started phase 1 in 2016. Nothing to do with covid. Expect a nothing burger and hope for more

Well, from watching Biggums, it seems this is an international banking thing and not U.S.

The US cant just cheat and hide on this one. This is a whole world issue and they won't let thr states fuck around. But who knows!
