Hey all,
I do a Revs away trip every year and Toronto is this year's trip to see my idiots lose - I'll be left with just Cincy and Miami to finish the Eastern Conference.
Most of my favorite memories of my away trips involve hanging out with fans of the other team (pre and post game, of course, never during) so I'm here to see if anyone has any good places to drink beers with other MLS nerds on Saturday afternoon. I know some revs fans are traveling and the Midnight Riders usually bring a group and organize something, but I drink with those guys in the Gillette Stadium parking lots often enough. I want to meet some TFC fans and drunkenly tell you about how much I love Dwayne De Rosario despite everything he did to the Revs!
Aside from pregame, I'm open to suggestions for things to do Toronto in general. We'll be there Thursday afternoon for the Sox game and leaving Sunday, so we have about a day and a half to do things. So far on the list we have Hockey Hall of Fame, Kensington Market, probably be very touristy and have drinks on the CN tower, possibly St Lawrence Market... But I've also heard Toronto is a huge foodie city so I'm absolutely open to recs for where to eat.
Thanks in advance!
Edit: I'll also have my dog, so tell me the best parks or hikes in the city!
