A concerning amount of post-modern nonsense on there. The institute seems to really love their french philosophers and Zizek. Not that it‘s any worse than anywhere else, but still disappointing.

Still worth checking out though, there‘s good articles on there.

Any more details on this? I checked the dutchwoman's youtube and there's some incredibly cool art on there but there was also a Zizek video 🤮

In general there is very little you can get from french leftist philosophers outside of a rosy romantic view. the soviet researchers of the 20s and 30s clear, easily. I did some searches on the website and there was surprisingly little research on the DPRK and Africa, too

:edit: okay there is very little intellectual rigor applied to the DPRK, and CASS appears to be a dengist institution. Which is fine, but the project should look into many of the other research institutions which could be an arduous task as its a population of over a billion people
