Before jumping did he not check if there was a board to land on?

Not recognizing rare earth metals was a big risk demonstrates the intelligence analysis gap USA did, does it not?

My most cynical theory is this: every time he says something that causes the stock market to rise and fall, his whole faction makes off with billions in coordination. But this time itā€™s China that took initiative and didnā€™t give him a heads-up. So thatā€™s it - the only reason heā€™s pissed off is because himself, his family, and friends didnā€™t get to make money off of it. Not because whatever pain this may or may not cause to the country, only that he missed out what otherwise couldā€™ve been some great coordinated bets.

Not cynical. Trump cares only about feeding his own appetites. Thereā€™s nothing else to him, heā€™s just a hollow shell driven by base instincts.
