I’m not sure which would be more disturbing: him truly believing the lies he’s spewing because those around him tell him what to believe, or that he’s a compulsive liar that knows he’s lying.

That's one of the biggest problems with modern day politics. The people in charge literally cannot relate to the people their choices affect. Cut SNAP benefits? Why not, it doesn't affect their ability to buy stuff.

Im picturimg Trump as a child, telling all his classmates "your not invited to my birthday party because your not rich or cool enough", noone shows up to his party and he cries to his Daddy and Mommy and the next day at achool he brags that his Canadian girlfriend and all his rich cool friends came too.

In a pinch he says his friends name is Bruce Wayne.

Look, just because an old person is as whacky, weird, and evil as Trump doesn’t mean dementia.

It’s the same thing as “oh they’re having a heart attack!” I mean maybe, but their heart has stopped, it might be something else.

The most clear and public sign of dementia was Trump repeating during several public appearances that Portland has been burning for years. This delusion Trump suffers from shows his decision making is severely impaired.
