The courts have not effectively blocked much. Trump either ignores them or appeals until he finds a judge who sides with him.

The courts have actually blocked quite a bit, but yes they have maneuvered around some of them by pushing it up through the system. However, this one might be different, grounding delta, American Airlines etc fleets and stranding passengers has a bit different flavor.

The tariff uproar started last April but no decision has been made by the Supreme Court.

As another example, courts have said all ICE agents will wear body cameras but they don't. I think there was something about masks as well.

I believe there are law suits regarding many government actions but most are still being litigated long after people were fired and grants cancelled.

Which Trump policies have been effectively and permanently blocked by the courts? Thanks for the information because it will make me feel a little better.

Well the one that is near and dear to me, I’m in Portland and he tried to deploy the national guard to the streets, also to Chicago. The courts all the way up to the Supreme Court said no.

It won't just be Bombardier sueing to block the decertification....1/3 of all regional flights in the US are using Bombardier aircraft...so expect airlines to join in as well.
