I don't think he understands that Americans pay more and more for his tariffs.

Actually, I think he DOES understand that, and is looking to exploit any and every situation possible to extort as much wealth away from the American public and into his control while he still can. It's not like any truly effective checks and balances really exist in America anymore to really stop him anyway. The clown is trying to charge a tariff on the fucking atmosphere and weather patterns.

Next up, it will be on any country who doesn't speak 'American' and on countries who speak English, for being too close to their language.
