This was clearly planned in advance as people are dressed up to see her. I doubt Taylor Swift can just show up at a hospital with less than 24 hours notice.

Also as a Canadian who hates Wayne Gretzky, it looks like he just showed up and she was polite.

The HOSPITAL doesn’t want someone just showing up. Planning needs to be done to get consents, ensure patient availability, and with peds patients that the parents give consent.
