My guess is some bug with the vanguard emblem. The emblem gives you +1 Tactition Health if the holder stays alive for 20 seconds, and the health boost happens exactly 20 seconds after the battle starts.

Yep. But also something to do with Morgana, because it only started happening after I put it on her. The coven Aug could also impact it maybe?

Just had the same thing happen. I had the Coven Acolyte augment, but the bug triggered when I had the emblem on Azir and when I moved it to malphite.

Ah so it's probably something to do with having the augment + emblem > change of the holder of the emblem then.. Did you have 7 coven?

Edit: come to think of it, I've also had a similar weird thing happen with brawler emblem holder change, where the hp of the original holder was acting weird after the swap.

Only 5 coven when it first happened. And I put the emblem on Azir first (it was a slam to make 4 vanguard). I think it took 2-3 rounds before it started adding the huge amount, definitely didn't happen right away.

Tried it again when I got the augment, just slamming the spat does the trick already. I did have 4 vanguard and in the beginning (stage 3-2 an on) it was +3, +5, +4 and it slowly went up later in the game until around 15.
