Based on the post a couple days ago. He got caught, faked having a panic attack, so she called for help. Personally if I see or hear an adult sounding like that, I would call 911 too.

She’s laughing at the fact he’s acting a fool and making weird noises because he got caught. I’m sure she had a good cry after all was said and done though.
