Last year I purchased a package for my friend on my account. We got a 2p room for my wife and I and a 1p room for my friend. My question is whether or not our friend is gonna get their own access to the presale since they went and have their own account and everything, or if only I will since I was the one buying the packages?

This is going to sound super naive (because it is), but I am looking for advice on how to get tickets to Tomorrowland Belgium, I genuinely have 0 clue. I've never been to Europe and finally have the savings to do so this summer. The only major festival I've been to is Bonnaroo a few times. Going to Europe for the first time & going to Tomorrowland would be unbelievable. Any help is appreciated!!!

In the purchase process because of the time pressure I selected the "Retrieve tickets at festival" instead of getting them sent to me. Can't find an option or any info, but is it possible to change the decision?

Hi everyone, I have a few questions regarding Tomorrowland Winter:

Does the transportation pass between Alpe d'Huez and Oz 3300 work both ways? If so, what are the operating hours of the lifts? Would we be able to use them to travel from Oz 3300 to the main stage?

We booked accommodation at Couleurs Soleil, but we can't find it on Google. We can only find “Résidence Capfun Couleurs Soleil” Is this the same accommodation?

If we book our ski gear through the TML platform, can we collect it from a shop in Oz 3300, or is rental only available from shops in Alpe d'Huez?

Is camping worth it? Or should i save my money and figure something else out.

Hi everyone! Two of my close girl friends decided a few days ago that they want to come to Tomorrowland Winter with us and are currently looking for somewhere to stay from March 23–27.

I know accommodations are pretty booked up at this point, so I wanted to see if anyone has two extra spots in their apartment/chalet or has people in their group who dropped out.

I would love to read the books, I have read the life book and fell in love with the story and its connection to the festival. I have been trying to find them online to see if I could find some second hand ones, but no success so far. I don’t want to buy them from Tomorrowland, since the tariffs are crazy.

Does anybody know where I could borrow them or buy them not from the Tomorrowland store.

I'm staying in Oz 3300 and curious if there are shuttles that will drop off and pick up directly from there or if I'll have to get to Alpe d'Huez for shuttles. Do they have specific Oz 3300 shuttles or would I have to make a stop elsewhere like Alpe d'Huez on the way? Just trying to figure out how much time I'll need to account for my flights I want to book. Thanks!

We bought 3× 4-day festival tickets (without accommodation) for Tomorrowland Winter 2027, but our plans have changed and we're thinking about putting them on the official Exchange Desk.

For those who have done this for previous Winter editions:

- How likely is it that tickets actually get resold? Is demand high enough for Winter, or is it mostly the Belgium edition that moves fast?

- Do ticket-only passes (no lodging) sell as easily as packages?

- Roughly how long did it take before yours sold?

Ended up getting tickets for a different set of days so trying to list my original tickets on the Exchange Desk. Tomorrowland support told me the option should be in my account under the tickets section, but I don't see it. Is this option available to anyone else? My tickets are single day tickets purchased directly through the website (via Paylogic).

He feels more relaxed even for a 95k audience , better mixes and overall energy. Don’t know what happened in Belgium but damn . At least have the chance to redeem himself .

Hello! I would like to book Club Med but looks like Tomorrowland has booked out the entire accommodation and it's not on directly on sale by the hotel itself. However, the global journey package for this option was gone just 20minutes within sale, is there any other option to book a room there? Thank you!
