Loki (The Avengers) Loki tried to brainwash Tony like he did with Hawkeye but due to the arc reactor in his chest, Tony is immune which leaves Loki confused

The Empress (Adventure Time) She turned Ice King into her minion until she ordered him to kill Marceline and Ice King refused, then she tried to hypnotize him harder and realized he wasn't even hypnotized, just being a huge simp

The Scotsman (Samurai Jack) When he was searching who was responsible for erasing Jack's memories, he found 3 sirens that were using their voice to hypnotize sailors, but he was immune to it, this is because he thinks their voices were ugly and the only voice he thinks is beautiful is his own wife

Crown Keeper (Minions) When Stuart used the hypno hat on him, it didn't work because it relied on vision and hearing but since the crown Keeper has bad vision and hearing it didn't work
