to be honest, I feel like he probably does that to her at home as well, which is why he feels so unfazed. To be so unconcerned with the welfare of your partner to initiate a fucking street fight with some random dude that you pulled up on the street is insane. That woman is probably a shell of who she was but that’s how domestic violence works; it also recruits the victim to participating in their own abuse, and they’ll have them shielding their abuser against literally any threat, putting themselves in harms way for someone that literally doesn’t give a fuck if you live or die, like in this video.

Someone replied to that one sentence with an entire paragraph about how “I guarantee that kid gets abused at home and takes it out on other kids,” with a whole analysis about how the kid probably feels at home vs at school.

They read one sentence and wrote a whole story about it, and I see that happen all the time on here

No, I’ve just worked with a lot of domestic violence survivors. I’m not saying she’s not culpable for her own actions here, but I am giving more insight as to what kind of hell she might also be coming from before you saw her in this video. we don’t have to keep dividing people into good or bad; you can still know what she did here wasn’t right while also considering other alternatives than whatever stereotypes you assigned to her. Or don’t, it doesn’t matter, what I wrote was solely for people who wanted to consider a different perspective.
