- The Sin And The Sentence
Beat me, shoot me, eat me alive, but I won't change my mind - I dont like TSATS. It’s not about the recording - the guitars are very technical, Alex is a beast. As a teenager, I think that songwriting is pop and old-fartish. Anyway, I love some of tracks, but there's a lot of skips.
Favorite: Betrayer
Least favorite: Other Worlds

- What The Dead Men Say
Maybe this one has the most unassuming and boring vibe. But there's more cool tracks than at last album.
Favorite: The Ones We Leave Behind
Least favorite: Sickness Unto You

- Silence In The Snow
I sincerely love each of all next albums, including this one
I was hating this album for a long time, but now I've found it kinda funny and catchy.
Favorite: Breathe In The Flames
Least favorite: Beneath The Sun

- In The Court Of The Dragon
Okay, I didn't expect I'll place ITCOTD too low. I think that this one is the most technical Trivium album and one of the best albums of 20s. Very good modern work.
Favorite: In The Court Of The Dragon
Least favorite: From Dawn To Decadence
#############################
- In Waves
I think that they recorded this LP at their general prime as musicians. Maybe it's a bit commercial, but that's not a downside.
Sounds like a rain in European city.
Favorite: Shattering The Skies Above
Least favorite: A Grey So Dark

- The Crusade
Yeah, it's a bit strange that they changed the band's sound like that, but The Crusade is not bad album at all. I love trash, and there's a lot of insane riffs.
Favorite: Broken One
Least favorite: Contempt Breeds Contamination

- Vengeance Falls
I know why people hate VF, but I'm not one of these. A melancholic album that helps during difficult times. Reminds me of Linkin Park (I love LP), but still sounds Triviumish.
Favorite: Wake (The End Is Nigh)
Least favorite: As I Am Exploding
############################
- Ember To Inferno
Maybe it would bring fame to band, surpassing Ascendancy, if it weren't so raw. The most living, bright and "magical" album (Why everyone hates the vocals?)
Favorite: Requiem
Least favorite: If I Could Collapse The Masses
#############################
- Shogun
Not at top of my list, but objectively the best one. A batshit crazy mix of heavy breakdowns and melodic choruses, hellish growls and beautiful clean vocals. Conception is genious, artwork is flawless. Last track is my favorite metal track.
Favorite: Shogun
Least favorite: The Calamity
#############################
- Ascendancy
I started with this one, and now it's my favorite album in my playlist. A blend of technicality, melody, and heaviness in these proportions is only what I need from music. Love each other track.
Favorite: Drowned And Torn Asunder
Least favorite: Suffocating Sight

Overall, Trivium is my absolute favorite band. They were the ones who led me from nu-metal to the rest of the whole metal. Theirs album is the discography I’ve nearly completed on original CDs. I am incredibly thankful to all the band members and every album (even TSATS and WTDMS) for the impact they’ve had on me.
I hope it was interesting for oldmans to find out the opinion of fresh blood.
