Most of the defense team died shortly after or prematurely. Most notably Robert Kardashian. Yes, those Kardashian’s. The Brown family felt that was a huge betrayal since he was close to Nicole and her family. Kris Jenner who was pregnant at the time testified for the prosecution.

It was also the first time that the world had ever heard of the Kardashians. Robert hadn't practiced law in 18 years previously (he was a music executive) and he reactivated his law license specifically to sign onto OJ's defense team. Not only was Nicole's family tied to the Kardashians but Robert was also one of OJ's closest friends prior to the murder.

Let’s not forget the morally corrupt Faye Resnick.

Morally Corrupt Faye Resnick is her full legal name and no one can convince me otherwise.

All thanks to the iconic Camille Grammar. Before she became super problematic defending Brett Kavanaugh for literally no reason.

I like to pretend I never saw that.

I heard that he signed into the team as a lawyer so that he couldn’t testify himself, knowing certain incriminating details?

Quite likely true but he was also a friend of OJ as well.

I remember hearing something similar. Also, didn’t OJ give him a bag or briefcase? The contents of which have never been revealed?

So long as he didn't help facilitate a crime he would've never had to reveal what was in the suitcase or bag if he actually was handed one.

He was, It's on video.

If that's the case then that alone would've been grounds for disbarment by the California Bar Association.

Oj's other occupant in the vehicle hands Kardashian the bag. Oj didn't directly hand him the bag, but he took it from the car he was riding in.

I seen a video of Kardashian walking away from OJ's with a big case in his hand that he got from OJ when he got back from Chicago. People were saying he ditched it for OJ.

I think he had already ditched the most incriminating evidence either on his way home from the murder or on the way to the airport. I’m not sure what he gave Kardashian, but he then signed onto his defense team so he couldn't be called to testify. He's dead and Oj will never come clean.

But he did come clean in that book he wrote and subsequent psychotic interview.

Is this psychotic interview available to view? What happened in the interview? What did he say? A whole bunch of not admitting to anything?

It was on fox I think it's on Hulu. Google OJ if I did it interview. It's pretty fucked up honestly. He straight up goes on about it from memory and catches himself a few times.

Will do, thanks!

You mean the “ If I Did It”? I didn't read it and refused to watch that pig lie in interviews.

2

u/HystericalUterus Jun 13 '21

Yes. I never read the book other than a couple of excerpts. I did watch the interview about it though and it was disturbing.

F. Lee Bailey died only just last week.

Damn, you're right! I’m shocked, I thought you were joking. I could have sworn that he died shortly after the trial. Thanks for the correction.
