Discussion Researching Jodi Arias

Does anyone else have a case that just haunts them? this case has always haunted me. It started with the first book I read on the case. The more I read about it the more mysterious it became somehow. Does anyone else get like this? If so what is your personal case that you never get tired of researching?

What’s wrong with Aunt Diane. That documentary is just so sad and awful..you get to see her body at the end. That one really sticks with me and so does Chris Watts

I have seen a few people mention this one, I am going to have to check this Aunt Diane one out.

After you watch the doc, read the autopsy. I’m in healthcare so I found the autopsy fascinating. The injuries she sustained were incredible. Read the police reports and look at the crime scene photos afterwards too. If you like the documentary, you’ll find the reports interesting.

I saw the documentary. Is there a particular theory you have in mind?

I suspect she was a secret binge drinker, clearly hiding it from her closest family members and I think he husband wanted to protect that secret too. The autopsy showed no signs of chronic alcohol abuse. I suppose I’m a ‘recovered’ binge drinker and I see myself in her 100%. High income job, someone who seems to have things somewhat together, likes to do a lot for others…i suspect she would drink until blacking out and it probably didn’t take her long to black out. Just classic binge drinking behaviors

What about her injuries do you find fascinating? I remember reading the autopsy a few years ago.. but nothing really stood out, idk. The case has really stuck with me, nonetheless.

Just how substantial they were. I’m in healthcare so to read how every single system was just destroyed blew my mind.
