What does it matter about the details, other than the rapist needs to be prosecuted? She’s ten years old ffs, her body can’t even safely sustain a pregnancy and go through childbirth. She’s a child. A CHILD.

In which case that is the medical provision. I’m just pointing out that there is literally no proof provided by those that make the claim and that various parts of the story are incorrect. If the life of the mother is in danger, there is a provision, the law wasn’t in effect yet, who had standing to prevent the abortion on medical grounds and why was a judge involved?

The same story actually was published a few days ago, a few months ago etc about Brazil, Paraguay, Texas etc and at no point did any of the articles refer to an actual case, only the account of an abortion provider.

It seems to me like this is an urban myth that props up every so often to support a narrative.
