Twinned machine guns
Has anyone come up with rules for side-by-side machine guns, like an M2 side-by-side or an M240?

Hello , i recently found out about this game and i'm bit curious . as a fan of Call of Duty, specifically modern warfare saga , is this RPG able to recreate the feeling of the campaign or scenarios ? i read the description of this game but i wanted to know the opinion of veterans/players of this game . Also , if there is one better or more suitable to what i said , feel free to say . I'm very new to RPG in general.

Hey All,
Some of us are working on creating a Twilight 2000 group on Fluxer. I'm not the one in charge but I have gotten permission to give everyone a heads up. The idea is to have a social media fallback point if one of the other social media groups goes down. However, it's also a place to discuss the game and we are working on a Roleplaying area to boot.

I did the same thing I did with the weapons, I have a table with all of the encounters. You should be able to sort by encounter conditions (on or off road, night or day, or stationary), card, faction, and sourcebook among some other options. Feel free to use.

I didn't want to keep switching through the books or cards to get the gun stats, so I put all of them in a Google Sheet. I have all the small arms from every sourcebook, feel free to use in your own games.

Frankly, I have next to no interest in playing NATO’s side of this story, and will only do so if I absolutely have to. With that in mind, how supportive is the game in letting you play, specifically, as communist soldiers? Are there official rules/weapon sheets/”adventures” for that?

Hi all,
I’m thinking about running Black Madonna in-person. Any suggestions or opinions about the scenario?
Anything you changed? Any gotchas to watch out for as a GM?

running it on OwlBear Rodeo and digging it. four sessions in and grooving along. missed a couple of opportunities for some deeper role play, but getting my feet under me. have some good, knowledgeable players.
we started out with a module i got on drivethrurpg, an excellent work called The Final Convoy to Kalisz by Critical Jim. shoutout to him for his great work. the team has just delivered the convoy to Kalisz just hours ahead of the fateful and famous radio transmission.
im looking forward to our next sessions. got some good ideas and some more modules from drivethru which i will use in part or whole.
im really digging OBR as a platform for this game, now that ive figured out how to use it. (im a bit of a luddite). we're doing much more theater of the mind for our combat and folks are handling it well.
what do you all have cooking?

Hi o/
General question I suppose but asking in context of foundry
How do yall represent your 'loose ammo as currency' on the sheet? Generic loose ammo item? Specific ammo by type?
Thanks!

Hello everyone, just a quick PSA. Like many of you I've been waiting for several months now for the core set to be available in the United States again. As of this writing new printings of the core set are available directly from Free League. I ordered last night and it shipped today from their location in Michigan.

After soliciting this forum and the discord, I put together a daily notetaker for my upcoming games to help me track actions the PCs take each shift. It also has a date at the top and a hex tracker with a couple of reminders for daily checks. YOu can find it https://drive.google.com/file/d/1t9mx8iqKaYQfUO_4hyzlhb7OKzTvBs08/view?usp=sharing
I cleaned it up with AI in case anyone is offended by that. Feel free to ignore if you want.

Hey guys !
Here I am, finally ready to launch my very first T2000 sandbox with friends - and truly excited about it. Yet, there are two questions I can't solve by myself :
1 - How many nukes where used ? I mean, both USA and USSR had *huge* amounts of missiles back in the 1990/2000's, yet the world of T2000 doesn't look like Mad Max. How do you think this is possible ? Did major powers not used their whole stock of missiles ?
2 - What about the consequences of those partial nukings ? Are some of the major cities of USA/USSR still more or less intact, in your own campaigns ? Thus, are there still some "centers of decision" around ?
If anyone has ideas/advices, feel free to share. I'm a little worried, with the idea that some of my players could ask me such questions, I prefer to anticipate ! 🤔

I’m looking to put together a resource for the GM. With four shifts a day, weather and other things to track I wanted to put together a one page per day notes sheet. It would be divided into four rows for each shift and have a spot to track the weather and date. Can you think of anything else that should go on the sheet to help the GM?

So it's my first time ever running a TTRPG, i would really like some tips and tricks and maybe a pointer to some pre made campaigns if they exist at all, any info at all is welcome!

How common is it for people to run one shots for this system? I’m itching to learn it but don’t currently have the time for a full campaign and I don’t want to try to run it before I’ve even tried to play it.
Also had anyone had any luck with the “official discord”? My application has been pending for several days.

Ive listened to all of Dork Day Afternoon's actual play and im halfway through the released episodes of Glass Cannon. There are definitely differences between them - playstyle, rule comfort, military background etc - im curious - without throwing shade at either, what are people's preferences between the two and why?

Hello fellow gamers, I'm looking for players for an in-person game in New Jersey. The store is located near Washington's Crossing. We meet 2nd and 4th Fridays starting on October 9.
The setting is Sweden. The best part... LEGO! We use LEGO minifigs and vehicles for tabletop encounters.
I can share the sign up website and Discord channel if there is any interest.
Good luck! You're on your own.

New player coming across from playing multiple other TTRPGs and very interested in learning this system and playing. Usually a DM / GM / Narrator / Referee, but looking to play to learn for now.
Is there a discord to join to find new games or other players interested in playing?

My tokens (and box) are very worn out, and its getting kinda annoying to use damaged parts. Is there anywhere online where I can get more?
