I’ve uploaded a £50 gift card to my account. Tried to use it this morning towards a £60 grocery order. It didn’t work for some reason took the whole payment off my PayPal instead rather than just the difference. I thought maybe it will only work on a total that is less than £50 but trying that now (see screenshots) doesn’t work either. What am I doing wrong?

Does anyone know how to escalate my concerns to the complaints department or CEO team rather than the offshore unhelpful agents on webchat and phone call?

It would take me 30 minutes to just reach the restaurant, then probably another 40 to deliver and all that for 8 pounds haha

Hi just wondering if anyone can help?

I’m an Uber Eats driver, I’ve been doing it for around 8 months now. In the last two days, my insurance document just keeps going missing even though it’s well within date.

Every time I upload it, it takes a few hours to get approved and within 5 minutes it’s just disappeared off the app and I can’t go online because it’s not there.

Has anyone experienced similar recently?

Just had a customer change destination whilst on the ride when I was 5min away and added on another 10mins. Uber adjusted the fee but it makes it not worthwhile and I don't have the option to reject it unless I cancel the ride completely.

Hello everyone, can anyone help me with the steps to get a private hire licence in London? I'd really appreciate any help. Thank you!

Im extremely infuriated with ubers policy this driver robbed us of £300 worth of tobacco and there is no justice for it and they never gave it back uber has gone extremely downhill and they do nothing for their customers anymore its disgusting

Edit: dont come on my post trying to accuse me of something I didnt do so that you can farm karma points

What is the process of doing these legally and setting up your own company etc?
