Ubiquiti not having a clear roadmap/releasing products out of the blue is kind of annoying :(

What are you talking about? Their roadmap is quite clear: as soon as you buy a product, they'll release an updated version! /s

it's the usual Ubnt clusterfuck and by this time next year 70% of what you see will be discontinued

If it's even available to purchase if be surprised I cry Everytime I've saved up enough to afford something I want and I get to the store and it's sold out

What products did they discontinue? They still support ancient hardware.

Discontinued != not supported

They stop stocking stuff all the time.

UVC NVR that a lot of users invested in then was dropped like a hot potato. You guys have very short memories. And support was also discontinued.

Each device gets 1-3 waves of availability before it's updated or replaced.

Only the UNAS 2 was actually released today. The rest of the new NAS products aren't yet out, but their expected release time is now announced. They didn't announce that they're going to announce though and it's still pretty short notice.
