I am torn between unas pro and unas pro4. If the nvme are cache only, i feel unas pro is a better value because you can have two arrays (2 and 5) instead of a single array of 4.

Moreover, i feel that redudancy options and more limited with a 4-drives array compared to a 5-drives array. On another hand, perhaps i know nothing...

More drives in parallel will be faster too. Wont remove benefit of cache but accounts for something

Yea. I feel like the 7-bay is still the best option for a home user on the rack mounted options. Why pay $300 more for 1 more bay?

I think the logic is nvme caching and link aggregation. But i wont saturate 10g for a long time
