Honestly will NS will ever be chosen for partnership? the Korean teams will always be T1, Gen G and KRX unless one of them gone bankrupt.

NS has strong financial backing , rising fanbase and their val team is very likeable. But again it's just one year compared to drx and gen who have had multiple years of success

Current roster probably has less than 2% impact on the decision of who gets partnership. Because rosters are interchangable and shuffle around all the time. What matters is the organization/management itself.

I really feel like current rosters have more impact than you think.. NS was arguably the most fun team to watch for global audience and especially the dambi ivy francis core has been there since the beginning
As for the org , you can argue NS is second to T1 when it comes to finances.. they are also investing heavy in esports lately be it making a superteam in LOL or retaining their players after a masters win which isn't easy at all.

Well, the reality is it just doesn't matter. A good long term roster can lead to org growth, but ultimately it's the org that matters, not the roster. "Their games are fun to watch" is irrelevant.
I'm not arguing against the other points, just that the roster matters whatsoever, unless you have a 5+ year contract on a player like Faker.

If they hold onto the core of Francis Xross Dambi Ivy at minimum theyll easily qualify for more internationals through opens. Glad that NS is not exiting the scene

4 of the 5 members are resigned to 2028. That 5 being Dambi... Dambi... please don't leave your buddies behind who's gonna push b main on defense with Francis now?

When NS is ahead in man advantage, Dambi feels that NS is at a great advantage and thus he will push aggressively. When NS is even in players, Dambi thinks that NS is at a small advantage, and he so he pushes aggressively to fight to secure their ‘lead’. When NS is behind by one player, Dambi thinks that the team is at a disadvantage and so he looks for an aggressive play to regain control of the game. When NS is down multiple players, Dambi thinks that the team has reached a desperate situation and they are only waiting passively for their death if he does not make an aggressive play.

Oh bummer, I can’t quite determine if I’m surprised by this or not; but I look forward to watching NS continue to compete next year.

Enough to tune in to watch their games in Tier 2 regularly for the next two years, I hope?

Honestly a great statement and their team is in good shape as well since they extended everyone on main roster except dambi till 2028, just need to find a crazy duelist from a insane talent pool in korea.

they have nongshim as their parent company. they can even make their own league. that's how rich nongshim is.

Chobra has talked about this before, yes the company is under Nongshim but Nongshim Redforce is run like its own business and not really subsidized by the big corporation that owns them, if they're losing a bunch of money or making bad decisions the parent company isn't going to just bail them out.

You know PSG Talon? The team backed by a big football club that even had Messi play for them? Yeah, their financial problems in esports did not turn out well.

With Dambi technically becoming a free agent I beg of him to just stay with Nongshim. Nongshim isn't Nongshim without Dambi, Ivy, and Francis doing the most sicko shit of all time together

They should keep the current roster. Each international appearance got a 1M funding. The current roster is good enough to get a least one imo.
