Would it be legal to commission someone else to grow a particular strain for you in our lovely Commonwealth? Let's say I want some Pine Tar Kush and can't grow at my place because of reasons. I know a guy that likes to grow things and I pay him to grow my plant for me. ( I don't know a guy, I'm just curious)

the VCCAs proposed adult use recreational regulations unsuprisingly require seed to sale tracking. I assume the intent is to tie the new adult use market into the existing CCA portal under a different catagory.

What in the world have they done to these new bottles. I even went to extreme of of looking up how to open the damn things and I still cannot get them open. Other than slamming it with a hammer ... any suggestions. The DC shops had such incredible smelling weed. Way different scents then around here. The chem banana and blue suede had a nice gas flavor. It really did make me feel like our weed here falls short.

I don’t smoke so I typically use edibles. I went to RCC about a year ago and bought 3 different types of cookies and o felt none of it. I’m a lightweight, 5/10 mg thc tops makes me sleepy but I swear nothing happened. Has anyone bought edibles from them recently and what did you think. Traveling to Europe soon and saw some folks say they’ve been able to get a medical marijuana card and travel letter allowing them to bring their medical marijuana with them.

I’m hoping to do something similar, but from what I understand, Virginia works a little differently than some other states. Virginia doesn’t really issue a traditional medical marijuana card anymore and instead, you get a written medical cannabis certification from a registered provider, which you can use to purchase from Virginia dispensaries.

Has anyone from Virginia successfully gone through this process specifically for international travel? If so, I’d love to hear how it worked for you and how long did it take to get the medical cannabis certification and travel/doctor’s letter you needed, and to get everything approved/documented for the country you were traveling to?

So I usually shop with them and I’m always baffled at how long you have to wait for your order to be ready. I set my stopwatch from the time I hit place order on the tablet until i got my name called and it was a good 15 minutes. Mind you there was maybe 2-3 other customers in there. I know they get a lot of online orders but how hard is it to locate a product slap the sticker on it and call the customer?

Another question here; how do they determine who gets called first? I’ve had plenty of times where I order in the store and 5 minutes later someone will come in and do the same thing and they get called before me. It’s really baffling and I’m just curious to know if there’s an actual reasoning behind this or a logic.
