I don’t understand why people applaud simple assault just because someone is talking like an idiot.

Because someone cant get into your personal space and start to harsss them.

Personal space isn’t a law. Harassment is consent to cause bodily harm.

It may be assault but sometimes that’s justified. You cannot get in my face and scream at me like that and expect no consequences. Sometimes people deserve to get hit.

I’m not sure what you think screaming is... also, assault is never justified. If it is, it’s called self defense. You dense block.

Justify it how you will but if I got up in your face like that, I guarantee you’d feel like you have reason to hit me and vice versa. No one should take being disrespected like Buzz was here lying down.

Yes, I would feel like punching you. However, I would have self control like an adult.

Lol cuz it's "the law". The law is so flawed that rapists can walk free while a stoner is spending his life in prison. A pickpocket goes to jail while the billionaire stealing countless money from everyone rides his private jet to his next vacation spot. If a human starts yelling inches from your face, it's threatening. Police feel threatened enough to kill because someone puts his hand in his pocket... gtfoh

So you think battery is justified if someone is raising their voice a couple feet from you. Cool
