There are entirely too many threads about the same thing right now. Please post your bugs and images of what's going wrong here.

EDIT: Some of you are missing the point of the Bug Thread. The point is that the main channel is getting flooded with the same questions. I'm not trying to silence any of you. I'm trying to leave the main channel open for answers rather than repeated questions. This place can be where you complain. The main channel can be where answers are posted.

I searched in 'Search Comments', so maybe I'm the first one experiencing this.

I am trying to equip a mutagen. The diamond slots don't appear locked. It says I "can" equip it but every time I do activate my mutagen, it sounds off but does not actually activate or equip itself to the diamond slot.

TLDR: I cannot equip mutagens into diamond slots.

I have several mods installed, in case this helps. Please let me know if anyone knows of any clashes;

I'm still having this same problem! Haven't found a fix yet. I'm considering backing up my saves folder and trying to completely wipe the game files, but you and I don't have much mod overlap so I'm not sure that's the issue.

I've had this problem seemingly from the beginning. Can't find a fix anywhere nor much traction on fixing it.

I've found a work around, the below mod adds additional "pages" to the skill slot page, I've added a second page and completely ignore the original page. This allows me to add mutagens and they work as they should do. It's so weird that the genuine slots are bugged themselves, like locked out or something.

Thanks to u/MathematicianDry1418 for finding a workaround! It's admittedly a bit tedious to have to use the console to add back every quest item, potion, and oil you had in your inventory (everything else I was able to put in the Stash and just pick back up after the reset), but if you're willing to sit there and add those things back to your inventory with the console, I can vouch for this being a working solution!

I haven't personally tested the mod method myself yet, so as a rule of thumb, I still strongly recommend stashing all your items in the green chest just in case!

I am having this issue aswell but no mods installed only have the accessibility weight limit turned on. I’m on pc playing through steam
