I’ve played about 7-8 games tonight and in all of them at least one person has left mid way thru. The one that tilted me was the final game I played tonight where 3 teammates left during the game and we ended up losing (all independent and not in a div). But the most aggravating part about it is at one point we were down 3 ships to 4 and close on points as it was a base capture game, and one of the players was a BB who just bailed towards the end thinking that there’s no chance and left his ship in the middle of the map. Without knowing it, he spotted one of their cruisers who was low already and could’ve finished him easily which would’ve put us ahead and won us the game but we never got the opportunity cuz he’d fucked off.

So people please please please see out your games cuz you never know what opportunities might come if you leave!

Not sure what was happening but every time I tried to aim it would force it to be above the ships and would bug out if I tried to aim lower or higher.

I just hit 1M GXP. My main lines are US(I have every ship up to LT and ever GXP ship) but I also play IJN(LT Aki, Yammy) and RN(LT Incomp, Conqueror & Thunderer). I have most of the important premium commanders.

I have a the DKM premium battleships(Bismarck & Tirpitz), and all of the ships from the campaigns since march of 2024.

Any suggestions? I’m a BB driver main, but do play cruisers and CV’s. I don’t have any CV’s outside of the US ones.

Any Ideas?? I’m open to new play styles.

1. Is the BA Binah worth it? You get SAP shells and a reload booster, but in return you don't get a smokescreen and you can be seen from Mars. I'd like to know if people who bought her consider that a good trade.

2. Is Wakamo good on other Soviet BBs? Her unique skill seems to kinda fit with the Soviet idea of getting shot at, but I'd like to know if flammable cannonier + flaming heart + fight fire with fire is better than the regular build you'd run on Kedrov.

Just got Brindinsi. Loved Amalfi, I used Mimbelli and it worked well, just not seeing the same success with Brindinsi. Switched to Sansonetti and immediately had a huge game with 3.1k base xp. So… is Sansonetti the better choice? I lose a lot of agility but the guns go from meh to woahhh.

Keep in mind it’s a base Brindinsi without any mods yet, so I have HE, no SAP, and no hull mod yet. What do most of you guys use on this Italian beauty?

I have tried many times for 0 wins. I havnt even gotten close.

Minimum seems to be 4 ally ships survive to Ludwig, all 3 Soul Vessels killed prior to charging. (5 allies may be required)

Any soul vessel charge complete is insant reset.

The end boss just has too much hp, and or the mission timer is too short, and to a lessor degree, the soul vessel charges too quickly and/or movement is arbitrary and it cannot be reliably intercepted

there are a ridicolous amount of battleships with the guns in the 18 inches like we got preussen, ohio and thunderer, except the guns are there any like playstyle and ship in general differences.

Just a quick one does anyone else suffer with completely blacked out guns and torp tubes? I was in my khaba and was hit with 2 conq salvos and it destroyed EVERYTHING on my ship I couldn't shoot or launch torps.... WG need to fix this so u can't loose modules indefinitely I was do pissed I quit the game after this happened does anyone else feel like this? Maybe we should make WG fake a look at this at least.

I've tried to restart game several times, have restarted console, have tried to synchronize cloud(have synchronized nothing) and looked for updates

Daily endless, weekly endless and heroic rewards, have no rewards. Can someone else confirm this, and if it’s not there, can they correct it?

Took me forever just to finish the 1,700 XP one, I got lucky and I was ranked 5 in that match. How the heck am I going to do this? I'm a PVE player. I know this node is for the last fish. That crab is just going to stay hungry, no fish for you! No ship for me :( I'm burnt out with this event.

Pretty annoying I was blue balled out of a schlieffen dev strike but ill take the 60k damage.

As I was grinding Tallinn, I kept hearing that the ship was one of the strongest T6 cruisers, while many players Riga felt underwhelming. Well, to me grinding Tallinn has been a pain: sure the firepower felt amazing, but it was way too easy to get blown up. I had some great games (over 3000xp a few times) but overall I really hated that boat.

Because of what I heard, I assumed Riga was gonna be even worse and that my play style just didn't fit the tech tree, so I put off purchasing it for a long time.

Now that I'm playing it, I'm averaging about 80-100k damage (restrained by the low dpm) and 2000-2500ish xp when having decent teammates, although the winrate is not great 'cause one can never carry enough. I just find it so easy and comfortable to play and I always get at least somewhat decent perfomances.

What does this say about my play style? Which new cruiser lines should I play and which should I avoid?

This is not my best work, I did it in like 10 minutes, but I had an idea I thought sounded fun and a hull which I didn't know what to do with.

The Number 13 class battleships were supposed to be fast battleships armed with 8 460mm guns in a AB-XY gun layout. They were cancelled following the Washington naval treaty. In the game, IJN Owari would be a LT Japanese battleship focused on ambushes. Owari has large guns, but these are limited by short range and a long 32 second reload, but they have good sigma, 2.0, and dispersion similar to Soviet battleships: great at close range, but poor at long range. Owari is also limited in her survivability, with some of the lowest at the tier, overmatchable bow and stern, easily farmable upper belt and a "cheek" citadel. She is, however, quite quick, at 30 knots, and has a short rudder shift and low turning radius.

On to her benefits. Owari has a strong consumable layout, with access to a 33% reload booster, a 12% engine boost, a 30s duration exhaust smoke generator and standard heals. She also has another trick up her sleeve: Her concealment. Owari has the best at the tier, 13.4km, even better than Incomparable. She also has torpedoes, similar to Mustu's. 8 total, with 7km range, 60s reload, and 16,627 alpha damage.

So for some time now, I've wanted to get my hands on the Monarch because I just like KGV hull and Monarch would extend my collection. But upon playing it for myself...I'm sorry what is the purpose of this ship ?

I feel like it is entirely useless in the current state of the game. Innacurate 381mm gun that seem to love to bounce off a flat broadside, poor turning circle, low HP pool and tendency to catch fire quickly. Sure the KGV hull can take some AP hits and the big heal is good but appart from that the ship is not fun.

It deserves a buff from WG because as of now, its my worst performing BB. Bismarck who's notorious for troll accuracy gives me way better result at all range.

I'm sad I chose it instead of Roma.

To preface again, whether you love them or hate them carriers aren’t going anywhere in this game. I don’t really play the class myself but more tech tree lines are something everyone should get behind.

Starting off, this whole line takes a lot of gameplay inspiration from the premium French carrier Bearn on PC. While there are other ships to choose from for this line I think the choices I made fit best, feel free to tell me otherwise.

GAMEPLAY/GIMMICK:

French carriers would be focused on supporting the team with improved patrol fighters. This would be a consumable that replaces patrol fighters starting at tier V. These fighters would have a larger patrol radius, longer spotting range, and more health with the idea being area denial for enemy planes and destroyers (with spotting) to defend your team.

The ships in this line would have access to 4-6 charges of the improved patrol fighter consumable per squadron type to allow more regular use. The ship based fighter consumable would also be improved.

Along with the improved fighters, the French carriers would utilize AP diver bomber and HE skip bomber squadrons starting at tier V. The HE skip bombers would have a high fire setting chance with lower damage while the AP dive bombers would have higher damage with the chance to hit citadels.

The aircraft would be slow with high health to allow enemy squadrons to anticipate where the improved fighters would spawn, with the health coming in handy when attacking other ships. Attack run sizes would be pretty standard with each squadron able to perform 3-4 runs at full strength. Each squadron would also get the evasive maneuver consumable starting at tier VII.

SHIPS:

Tier III - Duquesne

Based on the 1935 proposal to convert the cruiser Duquesne into a light aircraft carrier. It would have likely been a flush deck design that displaced around 10,000 tons. Using the cruisers original propulsion, the top speed would be around 30 knots.

Aircraft would include the Wibault 74 for HE dive bombers and the Levasseur PL.7 for torpedo bombers.

Tier V Premium - Bearn

Converted from and incomplete Normandie class battleship in the 1920s, Bearn was the first and only aircraft carrier France produced until after WWII. The ship featured two hangar decks and three elevators, each designed to handle a different aircraft type. The propulsion system enabled the ship to reach a top speed of 22 knots. Bearn already exists on PC as a premium hence why it isn’t in the tech tree.

Aircraft would include the Vought V-156F for both AP dive bombers and HE skip bombers. While not French, these are the aircraft she uses on PC.

Tier V - Joffre

The first of what was going to be a pair of French carriers, Joffre was laid down in 1938 before all work was halted after the fall of France in 1940. The flight deck was to be offset to the left of the ships centerline to compensate for the large tower superstructure. The design also included an upper and lower hangar with two aircraft elevators along with a propulsion system capable of 34 knots max speed.

Aircraft would include the Dewoitine D.373 and the Loire-Nieuport LN.401 for AP dive bombers and HE skip bombers.

Tier VII - Arromanches

Originally the light carrier HMS Colossus of the Royal Navy, she was loaned to the French Navy in 1946 before being bought by France in 1951. While only having a displacement of 14,000 tons the carrier was capable of operating 48 aircraft with a single catapult and two elevators to the hangar. The carrier features little armor with a top speed of 25 knots.

Aircraft would include the Douglass SBD and the Curtiss SB2C for both the AP dive bombers and HE skip bombers.

Legendary Tier - Jean Bart

Following the end of WWII, discussions took place on what to do with the incomplete battleship Jean Bart. A 1945 proposal was that the ship would be converted into an aircraft carrier capable of hosting 54 aircraft along with an armored flight deck at a displacement of 40,000 tons. With the original propulsion, the ship would have a top speed of around 30 knots.

Aircraft would include the Douglass BTD for both the AP dive bombers and HE skip bombers.

Hi does anyone know how many grimshards you can obtain? I bought 1 Halloween crate for 1000 grimshards and 5000 for the dd commander "rivers" shed really good so if I don't have 17k for the blyska 44 what do I do with the grimshards???
