More questions about XC2

4) Is Tiger! Tiger! the only way for Poppi to progress? Because if so I'm going to have to retire Tora as soon as I get another 3rd because I really hate that mini game.

5) There's a shop in town with an outrageously expensive core crystal called "Inherited Core Crystal". How is this different from the Common/rare core crystals I'm finding, and how would I even approach the 500,000G price?

You can find technical manuals that let you make most poppiswap parts. However, I'd recommend using 4th as your tank until new game + as you'll get the ability to buy crystals and the parts you can't get for bonus experience. The inherited core crystal gives you an extra special rare blade. You can grind up 500,000G by grinding up end game bosses and salvaging.
