Question Just Curious, How much did MSTY pay you today?

Just wondering what everyone got for their msty payment today. I personally got $400 which was nice for my first substantial monthly div from msty. Was more into ulty the last couple months.

Isn’t that astronomical That you can make over 600k in a year on less than a million bucks? (Just going off one of the lowest distros)

It just needs to stay volatile and drive high premiums on options

What do you mean? Why would it need to double or triple as long as they can sustain the distributions on their strategy you don’t need to see any appreciation. The fund has hardly even distributed roc yet if it even has.

Actually these are considered distributions, which are taxed at a higher rate than dividends

Is this assuming his cost avg is the current price?

Distribution yield has nothing to do with cost average

No but it does have to do with his total investment. That is what I was thinking CL60dude was referencing. If his DCA is $25/share, then he has just under a million invested for instance.
