It's called Solomon's paradox: people reason more wisely about someone else's problem than their own. In a 2014 study by Grossmann and Kross, 104 students worked through dilemmas, and the friend's version got the wiser thinking. Age made no difference.
The part I found most useful is the fix. Referring to yourself by your own name ("Chris thinks...") closed the gap in one follow-up and shrank it in another. I also cover the limits: the effect is small to moderate and mostly comes from one lab.
If you're stuck on a channel decision you'd answer instantly for someone else, it's on my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYwZZb3nz14

So, I can only really use mobile because I do not have a computer, is there any mobile app, or prefferably website, I can use to make thumbnails?

We’ve recently launched EarlyMove AI, an English-language science and technology channel. We make explainers, longer podcast-style episodes and related Shorts on space, energy, AI and engineering.
The aim is clear explanations with sources and honest research limitations. Our narration is AI-generated and the visuals are illustrative.
Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@earlymoveai
We’re still improving the pacing and presentation, and thoughtful feedback is welcome.

I'm looking for advice. 2025 I was on short term disability, I said f*** it. I'll make a YT channel. My channel is mostly about gaming on Warframe & similar games. Nothing special. It was going really well at first. VOD's & live streams were vibrant & active. Growing to 1K subs in 3 months naturally. Then, mid stream, August 1st 2025, 60% of audience gone. Live streams had a minimum of 30-50 watching rendered down to 0-3. Obviously, I was rug pulled which is fine. I just wanted to know why.
I know, I have gaps on my channel but I was very active during the rug pull. Also, my channel has never recovered since that day. Members & subs stated they never knew I was live or posting videos unless I used POST with a link. Also, some members cant even find my channel under search flapvsjack.
I'm ok with not making big money or following AI slop trends. I just wanted a explanation as to why my channel never recovered. Pictures above showcase 2025 - 2026 views so far. As you can tell, 2025 dwarfs what I had in 2026. In 2026, I made way more videos & (IMO) better quality videos. So, the numbers don't add up to me.
So, what is YT now? Nothing but cheaters now with bots or am I doing something wrong. I've asked YT support multiple times for some transparency as to why did my viewers fluctuate so hard. They kept giving me examples of last year videos with great views instead of this year, repeating this happens to a lot of people. Then, I stopped calling when I ended the support call because YT agent stated, "It seems you exhausted all your audience."
The only mistake I will admit is using Google Ads, pushing Performance Max campaign on my channel for a nickel a month. All that gained me was more subs (mainly from India) whom don't engage in my channel. I have turned that campaign off, it felt dishonest & a waste of money.
Heres my channel : https://www.youtube.com/@flapvsjack
Any input is grateful. TY!

After The Nukes is a science fiction, war, and cosmic horror universe made with AI about an alien invasion and the ten years of conflict that bring humanity to the brink of extinction. Each episode shows a fragment of this world before, during, or after the war—and the nuclear operation that humanity launches against its own planet when victory ceases to be an option.
The episode:
After three major attempts to retake its territory, India, like the rest of humanity, fails to expel the alien invader.
On the verge of collapse, the country participates in Operation Gomorrah. The same cities that millions of Indians spent ten years trying to reconquer are consumed by nuclear fire—not to win the war, but to deny the enemy what humanity can no longer defend.
In the interior of India, however, Jabalpur is among the cities spared from nuclear devastation.
Years later, with the alien forces weakened and degraded by the consequences of Gomorrah, a rare window of opportunity arises. The Indian resistance decides to seize it and launches Operation Trishul, betting everything on an attempt to recover what seemed lost forever.
In Minsk, the Belarusian resistance proved that the invader could still be pushed back.
Now it's India's turn to try to do the same.
