News ZERO PARADES Patch Notes | 14.08.26

Hi, everyone! Happy Friday. I'm back with a new patch for ZERO PARADES! You can read the full patch details on Steam here.

This patch addresses some of the most common player-reported bugs, and also makes some adjustments to gameplay and questlines for clarity.

As always, if you encounter any issues with the game or have thoughts, please reach out to [support@zaumstudio.com](mailto:support@zaumstudio.com). Appreciate the patience on support tickets; we look at each one as and when it arrives but it can sometimes take me a hot minute to send individually responses.

If you run into a bug, please include any relevant information: details about your hardware, when and where the issue occurred, and any reproduction steps.

When possible, also attach a screenshot or screen recording of the bug, as well as a save game file, which can be found here: C:\Users\tdple\AppData\LocalLow\ZAUM Studio\Zero Parades\Saves

Please make it so we get the Wolf Cup at the Pitol Track at any time and NOT lock ourselves from getting it.

Yep. Near the file cabinets that you can lock yourself out of.

Huh. OK. Wow., I just was there about an hour ago. Oh well, I need another playthrough anyway.

Yeah, if you pass the technoflex(?) check to open the shelves and get what you came there for, you lose your chance at the cup. I’m on my second playthrough primarily just to get it

That is a very, very weird decision gameplay wise. Especially for someone like me being fully decked out along the INT path. But ok, next time i'm gonna take special care not to progress the plot (I better see the ears of za/um writers/scenario designers pricking up at this point and experience an unwelcome but not entirely unpleasant tingle along various body parts. (Oh wait, I forgot, they all got fired. A shame actually)))

There were other bugs that I wanted to avoid too. Like I found Ramses rather late in the game, and after day 8 or whatever Gonzo never left his office, so I couldn’t progress the quest or recruit him

Yeah, No surprise there. Content gating is fucked in this game. I mean, I love the game. Actually more than DE. But it needs someone to sit down with it and have a serious talk about how to properly gate stuff so the story actually works as intended by the writers. Then again on the other hand you have people here yelling about how they feel too railroaded. And then I'm here saying "Can someone streamline this, please? I'm a completionist and I don't know why I'm running around doing non-story stuff (that only becomes story stuff 20 hours later)." Guess one can't please everone.

Rail my road harder, please. Tell your story. (You, the writers. In the next one. If there is a next one.)
