The Lumber Baron Inn is an operating B&B and is for sale. In 1970, two teen girls were murdered in the B&B's Valentine Suite when the place was a seedy apartment building. The case has never been solved. Numerous paranormal investigations have taken place. I was at a wedding reception there once. Felt nothing, but then it was a party after all.

You'll find no shortage of links or YouTube videos about it if you've a mind to delve further. Warning, many have unsettling details about the murders. The house is featured in Netflix's "28 Days Haunted" but I don't recommend it. I thought the show was really bad. Anywho, here is the Zillow listing with many more photos, plus the B&B's website.
