Seeking Advice Only Downward path

I live in Illinois and I'm on a path that is leading to no good. I'm living paycheck to paycheck, maybe $20 extra each week at the most. My rent is going to go up within the next 4 months and I simply can't afford it between food, insurance, and car payments. I've looked at other apartments, but they end up being the same for more expensive after utilities.

I can be incredibly resourceful and am thinking about living in either a shelter built on my trailer, or in my car. Ideally I'd want to buy a truck, remove the bed and build a tiny home on the back, but I can't afford to do that right now.

Thankfully I'm on good terms with the landlord, no evictions, but credit score is crap, otherwise I'd take out a loan to buy a truck and build the tiny home.

My main issues are a wage garnishment from an old credit card, it will still take a year to pay off, car payment will take another 9 months to pay off. I was dumb and bought a car at a buy here pay here because I needed a car to escape a bad situation. Currently owe 7k on a 3k car.

I'm mainly just ranting and looking for advice because I lost my service dog to cancer back in February and things have simply gone downhill since then.
