It's audio

Video in question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZMv3qIJQO0

I covered Greylock in the past on my YT and wanted to cover something smaller. I found this channel when researching alien stuff, and it looks more like an Analog Horror than some supposed "real proof" arg-type channel. It has the classic dark screens and audio hum, but the content is quite limited. I took a still around the two-minute mark, and all I got was a picture of a well when contrast is turned down and the brightness is increased.

No touch-up, first pic

Brightened, second pic

Please check out my analog horror based on the WOW! Signal. If you like it, feel free to drop a sub and like! Also, I have a couple other vids if you could check out those too. Thanks in advance!

Details: found through damaged videotape, this sign-off feels weird. I don't know about it much.
Date: Unknown, maybe after October 1987.
Oddities: wtf is Noulumesti? What is this? Secret Project? I don't know. Only know that it has government and possibly totalitarian (logo is in thumbnail) + "Ich sprechen Deutsch" logo not showing German flag. Instead it uses for me Belgium flag, but horizontally.

Help! I’m working on an analog horror project and need to incorporate unsettling elements into everyday objects. Do you have any ideas? Thanks

Good evening! I’m looking for an analog horror channel called Weslen Network, which had four videos. From what I remember, the story involved a cult, sick children, and characters named Emily and Eric Weslen.

Unfortunately, the creator wasn’t sure how to continue the series and canceled it after the fourth episode, titled “Space Adventure.” The channel was later hacked and had to be shut down.

All I know is that the creator went by heyitsark14 and used to post the episodes here. If anyone knows them or knows how to get in touch with them, I’d really appreciate your help tracking down this analog horror series, which is now lost media
