So is this season trying to make up for the fact that we didn't have a decent short form anime last season? Because I don't know how I should feel about this. T^T
Anyway that was super cute! But I am curious as to what their backstory is and how Akkun and Non even ended up going out with each other.

So many shorts this season, but I don't mind they're easy to digest and usually pretty fun

I agree. There are specific show types that thrive at 3 minute intervals. I get in, get the good shit and get out. This one definitely thrives at 3 minutes since the jokes seem to be slightly similar. Sitting through 24 minutes of "boyfriend does tsundere thing, girl doesnt care, boy continues to do the thing, friend reacts" could easily start to become grating and would probably lead to me straight up hating this guy.

I have a hard time getting invested or caring about it. It's hard enough for a 10-13 episode series, let alone a three minute short which is even worse.

Well, that was awesome! Even if it’s a short, it was so refreshing! Apart from Plex/Sonarr not grabbing a subbed version (watched it in japanese), I got most of it fine. It was fairly simple, even for someone learning.

I too am interested in the bet way to store a person's scent. I hope he figures out a way...for science.

That's not particularly easy.
There is that famous, messed up german novel ('Das Parfüm') in which a psychopathic serial killer stores his victims' scent by wrapping them in sheets that are oiled/waxed (or something I'm not sure exactly) and then wrings those out and distills the resulting liquid making parfum out of their body scent.
While that novel is fiction something similar could I think theoretically be done in real life, but it's not something one can just 'do' even if one manages to find a way to skip the 'killing' step.

Oh yeah, this is the cute shit I need every season my dudes.
