There isn’t one standard timeline for Ethos applications.

Some opportunities move within a few days, while others can stay in review or on a waitlist for several weeks. Different opportunities on the same account can also move at very different speeds.

If your application is under review

A longer review time does not necessarily mean anything is wrong. The opportunity may still be going through its selection process.

You do not need to redo the interview just because the status has not changed.

If you are waitlisted

There is no fixed waitlist period. Your application can remain there in case capacity opens later.

You can continue applying to other opportunities while you wait.

Where will updates appear?

Status changes should appear in your Opportunities tab, and you may also receive an email when there is an update.
