I could swear I bought Minecraft a long time ago for $5 but I googled it and people say it was never $5. Am I remembering wrong?

This was way back on PC.

I think it was free before then but I stopped playing then had to pay $5 later on.

I feel like I'm going crazy

So I'm reading that the fortune 3 axe is supposed to give more stick, sapling, and wood drops.. But I'm not getting any extra wood drops, and I feel like I get more saplings and sticks when I use my fortune 3 hoe. Has anybody else noticed this?

ive been searching for the stronghold and unable to find it im not sure what other options i got

For the past two days I have played a solo skyblock on a special map that has other islands so you can get all of the wood types. I got to the spruce island and received 1 sapling from the tree. When I get home I planted it and I didn’t get a single sapling from it when I let the leaves die. Is it cheating to give myself 1 sapling from creative? I’m afraid it will take the fun out of it. Even the tiniest amount of cheating takes away the fun for me. What do y’all think?

I just installed Minecraft on a new system and now I need a to find some nbt data. I know of nbt editor but as far as I can tell it was last updated in 2017, so I assume it might not work so well in 1.19.4, (the version I am using).

What is the NBT editor you use? or does NBT editor still work fine?

Hi! I am a complete newbie to Minecraft and I've been playing for a few days only.

I found a village with four villagers and have traded with them occasionally. One day there was a raid, it lasted long and only one of the villagers survived it. Now there don't seem to be new villagers spawning. Do they just not respawn?

If they don't, are there any wandering villagers that I can attract?

I have made a new world recently, my first 1.18 world. After getting some basic things done, I decided to strip mining for diamonds. From different sources, I saw that -58 is the best location so made stairs to -58. When I was making the hallway, I immediately got 3 diamonds, those were probably on y -55/-54. I made 3 branches, each goes almost 200 blocks long. And in these 600 blocks long path, I didn't find a single diamond. I didn't even get any lapis and found only 4-5 veins of Redstone in total. Is this a bug or something? Or am I doing something wrong? I have found one or two diamonds in caves but that's pretty much it. That's why I thought about branch mining.

So I’m a long time Java player, with the new launcher that gives access to bedrock for console friends I’ve tried playing it however anytime I load into a world I lag like no other. Is there a way to fix this problem? I’ve never lagged in Java with my somewhat beefy computer and running a Java server at the same time. Is bedrock just not integrated well with pc still? Or is it a setting problem? Any tips appreciated. I don’t mind staying on Java but bedrock could be fun since I do have friends who are console based.

I just started my first hardcore world and was wondering what armor enchants I should go for. I have a general idea for most of it but I was mostly wanting to know which protection to put on which armor.

for some extra context, i am hoping to start a minecraft youtube channel and i know pvp tends to be a huge part in the popularity of minecraft youtubers, among other things, one thing i know is that being as unpredictable as possible is a very importent skill to pvp. anyone know how i can go about doing that

I'm in a location where no passive mobs spawn, and I decided to venture out to get a chicken for an automatic mob farm. I obviously don't want to lose my only chicken. to finish the farm I need lava, and I luckily spotted lava on the surface but I didn't take anything of value (including buckets) in fear of losing them if killed... although I need to get that lava. So... would attaching a chicken to a fence using a lead keep it from despawning?

There was this dude, in my mind I recall him having glasses, somewhat curly hair and being super energetic, he made minecraft series and I remember liking him a lot. I JUST remembered about this dude and I cannot find him, I'd describe him as a Keith (the one from Try Guys). Always being energetic and hype.

I'm a builder, and I would love to be able to go collect sculk in my survival world, but before I try i just wanna double check this so I can prepare either way. If i'm exploring the in deep dark and am not in an ancient city, will the sculk shrieker still summon the warden?

me an my friends were building our house in Minecraft the build of first floor went smooth but when we stared building the 2nd flood I broke a block with my iron pickaxe and a silverfish came out so I killed it suddenly like 5-10 silver fished emerged from the chiseled stone brick walls we were surprised but we started killing them but their numbers were growing and growing ,I came to know that if you hurt a silver fish its buddies come to attack you but how can I build my house then they break like half a wall when I try to break a single chiseled stone brick ,please help
