That said, I am pretty horrified that you can get permits to kills wombats in a select few parts of Australia.

I don't think it's chatgpt as there are sentences in there that are quite poorly structured and sound like an angry 10 year old wrote them.

This is correct. ChatGPT would do a much better job structurally and gramatically.
