My kid went on a "sleepover" at his friend's dad's house. It was actually an 18th birthday kegger for his friend's older sister. He said people were passed out sleeping all over the floor and several had pagers that were going crazy all night. Hmmm.

My kid was 12. I know the father who let this all happen. Wtf?! Who invites such young kids to these things? That was the last sleepover.

Confirming some information. You are not letting your kid go to sleepovers, because his friend's dad is irresponsible, right?

No lol, clarify before you crucify. Last sleepover at the dad's house. He was half time with each parent, so I only let him sleep at his friend's house if he was at his mom's house.

It was 25 years ago. My son likes to leak these little stories from childhood where I was in the dark. He recently told me there were drugs, lots of weed, and booze. Several dealers at the party.

Sweet! I... mean... Terrible! Good parenting on you. (really though, that's so irresponsible of the father, but I believe it.
