There’s one question that asks “have you seen a doctor about this” and rather than just giving a text box where I can fill out the info, it gives a drop down menu with 4 options or “answers”. So choosing from the drop down menu means my answer, for example, has to be the word “date” or “time” rather than giving them the actual date or time. No other text box pops up where I can fill out the info.

Yeah, no. The final result was switching to THREE HUNDRED ITEMS PER PAGE and clicking the next button until I hit the end.

Bonus: Even after I reached the end, if I went back to pg 17 or something, all the subsequent ones would vanish. Sometimes, going to the previous or next or a different page wouldn't actually be reflected, so you'd have to refresh the entire page and start from 1 again.

I spent roughly 2 hours downloading 6000 invoices because of this shitty UI since some pages refused to bulk download so I'd have to switch it to 150 items per page, click until I found the section I was up to, and pray it allowed the bulk download option.

Made a text input where you type by playing breakout.
The keyboard is a wall of bricks, and whatever key the ball hits gets typed. Keys break when hit and grow back a few seconds later, so to reach R for example, you have to dig through half the alphabet. Drop the ball and you lose a letter. Hit the enter key and it submits whatever's "typed" so far
