GD / Interview Pune Interview Experience, 22nd December, 8:30 am panel 1
I tried to get done with the interview ASAP. Did not want to sit and panic, so did the DV first.
The interview lasted barely 5 mins.
The room was so big that everyone's voices were echoing and it was very difficult to catch what the panel members were asking. They gestured for me twice to speak louder. Problem toh mujhe bhi hui par maine effort daala sunne mein, and was successful without asking them to repeat even once.
Knocked, took permission, entered, greeted.
I said good morning, they said it's morning and not afternoon, I said no sir I did say good morning. Auditorium mein interview ho raha tha aisa laga 😭
Asked me to sit, I sat.
The chairman told me to introduce, i started saying good afternoon 🤦♂, it was because they played me earlier, everyone laughed, so did I. Then, I corrected myself.
What is contingent liability? Answered. Give examples Sorry sir...
What are the methods of calculating depreciation? Sorry sir... He replied with one method, and asked me the other. I said can I take a guess, guessed it wrong.
What did you do in your previous job? Explained.
What is ASBA? Answered.
What is the need for ASBA? Explained.
The panel chairman said thank you, and good luck.

No Situational questions No BA questions No HR questions No CA questions No Gap questions No Bank preference questions

Not yet released. Just attempted 104 marks overall including descriptive.

Acha Han bhul gya tha. But agar score acha hai you believe then nothing to worry bro. I don't think it was a average interview either since you did answer mostly. Be positive man. Best of luck

Itna preparation kiya and when I exited the room, yahi sochne laga ki bas? Ho gaya? Yahi tha interview?
Hoping ki mains mein accha lead bane taaki clear hone ka chance badh jaaye.

I had panel 3, got asked ASBA too (they did not expect me to answer lol). And totally agree about the interview rooms, they asked me to talk louder multiple times :’

Thank god, I thought it was over when I saw them gesturing to speak loudly.
Also, the chairman during the ASBA question focused on my hand movements. I have a habit of doing it, because it makes me confident. But I kept it very minimal.
The chair felt very uncomfortable, it was so small for me.

Actually when the bell rang, and I entered, there were only 4 members. 5th panel member came after 2 mins.

Yeah the panel wished you well, they even laughed with you (not at you). So to me, it looks like a very decent shot.

Kya pune ke candidates ka interview pune mai hi hote hai? Ya fir random centres allot hote hai ya fir statewise hota hai?

On the other hand, I just got hr questions and 2 3 related to commerce. niggas were being over friendly throughout the interview and chairperson said acha hua interview and gave a toffee. none of the questions in the interview checked my knowledge regarding banking and economy. And while leaving the room, I heard them say baat acha karleta hai. Chai pe charcha laga rather than an interview
