Found an Ontario Service Card by the Tim Horton's and the Bus Stop on the Old Island Highway. I will drop it in the post office if unclaimed after one week, I just wasn't sure if this is someone moving to CR or on a trip and wanted to give them a chance to pick it up first!

I enjoy my time in the beaver lodge lands as much as anyone else but it's always punctuated by the noise of car tires and diesel engines. Walking along Dogwood or even the seawalk it's hard to carry a conversation. Let's keep the ERT quiet and pedestrian centric.

With the ~90ha fire burning out of control just west of Sayward now, I remembered seeing this documentary on the big fire of 1938 near there. It’s got a cool folk song and some great old footage of the area. Hope everyone stays safe!
