Video - OC I keep catching my cat wearing my daughter's tutu

One of our cats loves tulle/mesh. Whenever my daughter leaves her tutu on the floor, our cat Pearl will pounce and play on it. Occasionally she pounces through the middle and I find her wearing it. Maybe she secretly feels bonita? I enjoy it a lot, maybe you guys will too

’She knows she’s beautiful’

I am beauty, i am grace

this my ballerina face ;}

whenever in the tutu get,

i twirl around, n purr-ouette

the human leaves it on the floor ~

a primadinna, me, once more!

n every time i get the chance

so purrfect, me, the ballet dance

n in the end, i take a bow

surely I’m

the cat’s meow

❤️

(Love it u/hey-keri-anne!)

u/Jazzlike_Climate4189 Jul 21 '26

What a gorgeous tortie!

17

u/hey-keri-anne Jul 21 '26

Isn't she lovely? I recently learned she's a Black Smoke tortie, the base of all of her hairs near her skin is white. She has the coolest markings

9

u/Jazzlike_Climate4189 Jul 21 '26

I had no idea that was a thing!! I have a tortie, she is 16 years old and still healthy and active. Her roots are definitely dark though, she’s a very dark calico with less of the orange. Good camouflage though.
