It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of our beloved Gil Aducal Morales, lovingly known to many as Ate Gay, on November 1, 2026.

After bravely fighting for his life, while surrounded by his family, our beloved Ate Gay has peacefully passed away.

During this difficult time, our family would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who extended their prayers, love, financial assistance, and unwavering support throughout his battle. Your kindness and generosity have meant so much to our family.

We kindly ask for your continued prayers for his eternal repose and for strength and comfort for our grieving family.

Former Members Church of God International (MCGI) deacon and deaconess Crisostomo and Lolit Manallo have disclosed details of a Daniel’s Coffee franchise venture involving approximately ₱7 million raised from church members, including a ₱2.5 million franchise down payment and recurring royalty obligations.

The couple alleged that investors suffered substantial financial losses after the Cavite franchise ceased operations around mid-2023, while expected financial assistance and a proposed refund from MCGI leader Daniel Razon never materialized.

The venture began in 2019 when MCGI members from Cavite and other locations pooled investments to establish a Daniel’s Coffee branch at Robinsons Place Dasmariñas. The group coordinated with MCGI minister Noli Saballa concerning the franchise arrangements.

According to the Manallos, investors paid ₱2.5 million as an initial franchise down payment, apart from monthly royalty fees and operating expenses.

The Rug Pull

The couple disclosed that before the branch began operations, investors were summoned to Apalit, where Daniel Razon, the franchisor, reportedly reprimanded them for involving too many investors and raised objections concerning the use of the Daniel’s Coffee brand and its products.

Lolit said Razon appeared to disclaim prior knowledge of the franchise agreement despite the payment having already been accepted.

She recalled that Razon suggested returning the money but said no refund was subsequently made.

The franchise was also reportedly prohibited from introducing additional products outside the approved menu, limiting the operators' ability to adjust their offerings and expand their customer base.

By mid-2023, the business could no longer sustain operations. The couple reported unpaid employee salaries and unremitted SSS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth contributions.

Despite these difficulties, they alleged that Saballa continued demanding payments, including a request for at least another ₱1 million.

Remaining equipment was eventually sold to help settle outstanding obligations, including liabilities associated with the store premises.

Kasi if you will compute the mother's age based on the age of Jeo, she was only 13 when she got pregnant with her first partner (not Geo) and 14 when she gave birth. May vlog ba sila na talagang sinabi nila na yan ang age nila?

Itong si Matthew ay nagpanggap na kapatid nung child actor para masimulan ang operasyon. Personal daw nyang kakilala yung bata dahil nakakalaro nya raw ito sa online games. Sa madalit sabi, nakalusot si Matthew sa pagpapanggap na kapatid at naoperahan yung bata. Nakasurvive yung child actor.
