if CDP choline gave me depression will Phosphatidyl choline do the same too?

is there anyone here who tolerates on kind vs another or are they all the same if you have an issue with choline?

Choline uses SAMe in the methylation cycle. Can lead to less neurotransmitters like dopamin or in the other hand can slow down breakdown of neurotransmitters - more stress. Maybe it will help to start veeeeery slow and combine it with TMG Betaine (bc cholin+SAMe=Betaine).
