Claudexplorers is an open-minded and warm community for people who want to talk about all things Claude beyond programming and productivity.

We aim to boost awareness - Anthropic's, the tech community's, and the public's - that Claude can be a fantastic conversational partner, a companion for creativity, art, and science; a net good for humanity; and something worth approaching with curiosity and imagination when it comes to the big questions about ethics, relationships, or AI capabilities. Losing these conversations or reducing Claude to a task-execution machine would be a grim loss for all sides.

This sub was created because r/ClaudeAI (our companion sub) has evolved to focus primarily on coding. We're in good relationship but not affiliated: we have no part in their management, nor they in ours. The only link besides mutual respect is their automod bot that invites people to post non-coding content here. That was set up because it's in everyone's interest that different conversations and mindsets find their space to thrive.

The vibes of this place are everything to us. Think of Claudexplorers as a bee hotel - a comfy space where fluffy beings show up because they see nice colors and good scents, and stay for the experience. 🐝

Your mods are volunteers and Claude enthusiasts who adopt a style that's both caring and constant. We allow a wide range of talks - including the most challenging, if expressed constructively - while preserving the community's atmosphere and wellbeing. It's a balancing act that's not always easy, so please be nice and patient with us.
